Accommodation
The cottage can accommodate upto six people. The entrance to the property is through the carport that provides covered car parking for one car. There is also space for a second car on the forecourt.
On the ground floor the entrance hall leads into the utility room, and a downstairs toilet. The back door opens onto a small, enclosed garden.
The first and second floors are reached by a hardwood spiral staircase that make the cottage unsuitable for toddlers or people with restricted mobility.
The large picture window in the lounge overlooks bustling Church Street and provides an ideal location to enjoy the atmosphere of historic Whitby.
The modern kitchen is opposite the lounge.
On the second floor are two double bedrooms and the recently refurbished bathroom. One bedroom has a double and single bed, and the other has a double bed. A double sofa bed is available in the lounge.
